The Center for Oral and Facial Surgery is open Monday - Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

Our offices are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care possible. To help us in scheduling your appointment, please remember the following:

• The initial visit, with the exception of certain emergency cases, is for consultation only. The enables us to fully evaluate your case and tailor the care to your specific needs.
• For your convenience, you may register on line by going to the Online Forms section of this web site.
• A parent or legal guardian must accompany unmarried patients under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the initial consultation. The parent or guardian must also remain and be an active participant throughout the registration and financing process.
• Please bring all pertinent medical and dental information and a list of all medications (this includes prescribed and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or herbal teas) you are currently taking.
• Please bring both your medical and dental insurance information on the day of your appointment.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that the Center for Oral and Facial Surgery provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases may arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
