Insurance Information

At the Center for Oral and Facial Surgery we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. We participate with many Dental and Medical insurance plans. On the day of your initial visit, please bring your Dental and Medical insurance plan benefits cards so we may determine eligibility. Please remember that not all insurance plans cover every procedure you may be having. We do not accept assignment or bill third party (insurance) payers for implant services/surgery. These services are the financial responsibility of our patients. As a courtesy to you, we will assist you in submitting your claim for procedures not covered by your insurance company.
