The Center for Oral and Facial Surgery has two California offices: San Diego and El Cajon, CA. Board Certified oral surgeons Drs. Hendrix, Pavel, Eckstein and Oleksy offer services such as dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery and facial cosmetic surgery.

Our practice was established in 1927 and is the oldest and largest in San Diego County with two convenient locations.
